Senior Workplace Administrator Role

As a Senior Workplace Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace, and supporting procurement and vendor management.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Cleanliness and Hygiene of Office Premises
  • Procuring and Managing Office Supplies and Related Administrative Support
  • Supporting Procurement and Vendor Management Activities
  • Providing Essential Support to Other Functions as Required
  • Monitoring Repair and Maintenance Services
  • Responsible for Invoice Management and Preparing Vendor Payment Remittances

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including vendors and authorities, to ensure seamless operations. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial in achieving our goals. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about creating a sustainable work environment.
