Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in software tools, especially Tally, is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Process Management: Manage delivery sales invoices, delivery challans, warranty documentation, and customer acknowledgments.
  • Inventory Management: Supervise the stores department and maintain accurate inventory management.
  • Purchase Order Handling: Handle supplier purchase orders and follow up on timely deliveries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years in supply chain operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Software Tools: Proficient in software tools, especially Tally.
  • MIS Report Preparation: Skilled in MIS report preparation and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of audit processes and E-waybill process.
