Job Title: Communications Manager

Location: Alwar, India

Duration: 18 months

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our communications strategy, focusing on internal and external communication.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective corporate and external communication strategies.
  • Manage internal communications through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Research, write or vet content for emails, newsletters, org website, social media, etc. to provide high-quality output and meet deadlines.
  • Plan and initiate communication initiatives for company events.
  • Maintain knowledge of organizational policies, brand guidelines, style guide, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Work with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assist in communication from leadership.
  • Serve as a facilitator and provide solutions for resolving disputes.
  • Proactively measure performance of communication strategies.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 4+ or 8+ years' experience as a communications specialist for internal and external communication, preferably in large organizations.
  • Experience in copywriting and editing for all platforms.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) [essential].
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities across locations & teams.
  • Works well under pressure and meets timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or relevant field.
