Developing and executing comprehensive public relations strategies for hospitality divisions is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish relationships with media outlets, pitch compelling stories, and elevate the organization's profile through strategic placements.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of PR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  3. Crisis management strategy: Oversee rapid, effective responses to protect the organization's reputation.
  4. Content creation and review: Develop strategic content, including press releases, case studies, and executive messaging, maintaining brand alignment.
  5. Stakeholder engagement: Foster relationships with media, clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders, tailoring communication strategies for each.
  6. Executive communications: Prepare executives for media interactions, speechwriting, and talking points for public appearances.
  7. Team leadership and development: Mentor and guide the PR team, fostering growth, accountability, and high-quality output.
  8. Performance tracking and analysis: Monitor and report on PR performance, media coverage, and campaign impact to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, event planning, public relations, or a related field, preferably within a PR agency setting.
  • Strong track record of managing high-profile events, media partnerships, and VIP engagements.
  • Excellent understanding of public relations, branding, and the role hospitality plays in enhancing PR efforts.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
