Senior Video Content Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to join our Learning & Development team as a video content developer.
- Develop engaging learning and training content
- Create instructional videos, tutorials, and process walk-throughs
The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling and editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in video editing and content creation within an L&D or corporate training environment is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create high-quality and easy-to-understand content aligned with training goals.
- Video Creation: Build instructional videos, tutorials, and process walk-throughs.

- Able to understand training objectives and translate them into compelling visual content
