Job Description:

SMT - The Vein Center is seeking a talented and versatile Content Developer to join our team. As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality written, static, and video content for various digital platforms, including the website, blog, social media, and email newsletters. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, strong writing skills, and experience in creating engaging multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop compelling written content for the company's digital platforms, including website pages, blog articles, and email newsletters. Create engaging static content such as infographics, illustrations, and graphics to complement written content.
• Video Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content for promotional and educational purposes. Create informative videos highlighting our services, patient testimonials, treatment procedures, and educational resources.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on relevant topics, trends, and industry developments to inform content creation. Analyze audience preferences, behaviors, and feedback to tailor content to their needs and interests.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize written and video content for search engines and improve organic visibility. Conduct keyword research, optimize meta tags and descriptions, and integrate keywords naturally into content while maintaining quality.
• Content Calendar Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a content calendar. Plan and schedule content releases, ensuring a consistent publishing schedule and alignment with marketing campaigns and objectives.
• Content Promotion: Assist in the promotion of content across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online communities. Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster meaningful interactions with the audience.
• Quality Assurance: Proofread and edit written content, static graphics, and video scripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. Review content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors before publication or distribution.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Use data insights to evaluate content effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and refine content strategies.

Requirements:

• Must own a DSLR camera with professional lenses and accessories.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in content development, with a focus on written, static, and video content creation.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas across different formats.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work on-site at our location in Navi Mumbai.
