Senior Digital Content Creator

We seek a highly skilled and driven individual to own the creation, production, and delivery of engaging digital content that drives viewership and subscriber growth.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and producing high-quality video content tailored to our brand's niche and audience. They will oversee the end-to-end production process from ideation to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop original video concepts aligned with our brand's vision and target audience.
  2. Craft compelling scripts that combine storytelling, education, and entertainment - optimized for viewer retention.
  3. Lead video production teams in creating engaging and informative content.
  4. Coordinate with editors, designers, voiceover artists, and other collaborators to ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Write effective titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to maximize YouTube performance.
  6. Monitor video metrics and retention analytics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize future content.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.
  2. Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
  3. Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.
  4. Hands-on experience with video production (camera work, editing knowledge, lighting, audio) is a plus.
  5. Familiarity with tools like YouTube Studio, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, etc.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environment.

Bonus points if you have your own successful YouTube channel, can wear multiple hats, or have experience working with influencer/content creator teams.
