Job Title: Senior Video Content Producer

CYLNDR India is a leading production studio empowering brands with creative, innovative, and high-quality content for their communication goals. We are seeking an experienced Video Content Producer to oversee the creation of engaging videos across various platforms.

  • Develop and implement video content strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, editors, animators, and artists to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage timelines and budgets to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Supervise editors, animators, and artists to achieve high-quality outputs that meet client expectations.
  • Work closely with the post-production team to review edits, provide feedback, and drive creative excellence.

Requirements:

  • 6–7 years of experience in video production, with a strong background in supervising CGI, 2D animation, and post-production editing.
  • Excellent knowledge of editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Natural communication skills, comfortable working with clients and creative teams alike.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects without compromising quality.
  • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented, with a passion for problem-solving under pressure.
