At Pepper Content, we're dedicated to enhancing our team with the most talented individuals. We are looking to hire a Projects Lead who will be leading our client servicing for video projects and production projects. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, and be a team leader who has managed large-scale (budget and asset-wise) projects and worked with a team of creative producers.

Should be proficient with Excel, logistics of production, team management, and creator procurements. A go-getter with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a creative agency or production house and who has a deep project management background. This role demands strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with brands and internal teams across different departments and work with a talented pool of freelancers.

What This Role Involves -Understanding the brand and briefs:You will be the first point of contact for the business teams with respect to any incoming briefs from the client. These requirements could range from static reels, and podcasts to large-scale DVCs.

YProject Management and Customer Communication Organize and coordinate all aspects of the video shoots/photoshoots, which includes team formation from the freelance network, project management, margin optimization, and following end-to-end production processes. You should be proficient with numbers and Excel and should be able to follow sharp timelines with the customer. This role would involve liasoning with the customer and defining strong TAT and quality benchmarks from the customer standpoint.

Who Should Apply?

  • Someone who has managed videos at scale (static reels, shoot-based reels, animation videos, explainer videos, podcasts, DVC)
  • Has a digital agency/production house or a creative agency experience
  • Ideally a minimum experience of 8 years
  • Should be a self-starter and with an ability to work well as a lead
  • Has an experience of handling and working with freelancer network
  • Has an eye for detail and manages QC at scale
