Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and imaginative Creative Producer to lead and execute compelling video content across genres. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in ideating, producing, and managing engaging digital video formats and will play a pivotal role in shaping Pinkvilla's video content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Ideation & Execution: Own the end-to-end creative process—ideation, scripting, shoot planning, directing, and supervising post-production—for original, branded, and editorial content.
  • Content Innovation: Develop new video IPs and show formats that align with Pinkvilla's voice and cater to our diverse audience base.
  • Production Oversight: Ensure smooth execution of shoots including pre-production planning, location management, talent coordination, and on-ground direction when needed.
  • Brand Alignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and brand teams to deliver visually engaging, on-brand content for editorial and branded deliverables.
  • Performance Monitoring: Review analytics and performance reports to iterate and improve content formats for better audience engagement and retention.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with anchors, marketing, social media, and design teams to ensure content consistency across platforms. Work closely with the of team of video editors, scriptwriters, designers, and production crew to deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on digital trends, platform innovations (especially YouTube & Instagram), and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in video content production, creative direction, or digital storytelling (YouTube/digital-first platforms preferred).
  • Proven track record of building successful video formats or show IPs.
  • Strong scripting and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for visuals and pacing.
  • Excellent understanding of video production workflows including shoots, lighting, sound, and editing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and short-form video trends and algorithms.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • A creative mindset with passion for digital media and audience-first content creation.
