Job Opportunity

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Implement a comprehensive Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits solution, encompassing requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Configure benefits plan types, eligibility profiles, costing structures, open enrollment, qualifying life events, and integrations with payroll and other HCM modules to meet business needs.
  • Develop integration interfaces using HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), SOAP/REST services, and middleware tools to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Conduct functional workshops, document business requirements, develop test scenarios, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee successful project execution.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, apply patches/updates, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities to optimize the solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with HR processes, compliance standards, and project deadlines to deliver a high-quality outcome.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

  • At least 8 years of IT experience, with in-depth expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
  • Proven ability to configure eligibility profiles, plan designs, costing, open enrollment, and life event processing.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), and integration using SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits regulations, compliance, and administration best practices.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills; experience leading remote teams.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with OTBI, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher for reporting.
  • Familiarity with RICEF components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms).
  • Experience in global rollouts and multi-country benefits implementations.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies and change management processes.
