  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop job descriptions
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
  • Onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
