This role is responsible for ensuring that candidates and employees meet the minimum entry requirements to be licensed. The coordinator will review documents received from Talent Acquisition Partners or CET Team, and consult with Business Compliance/People Leader on activity codes/exams if required.
">Key Responsibilities:- Regulatory License Support (RNF / MAS753)
- Review documents to ensure candidates/employees meet licensing requirements
- Consult Business Compliance/People Leader on activity codes/exams
- Ascertain gaps in regulated activity and seek clarification from candidates and Business Compliance
- Prepare relevant forms and advise mandated exams along with module exemptions where applicable
- Receive and review documents from candidates before submission to RNF Team
- For CIB hires, review additional business documentation (Letter of Undertaking and Rule15a-6 Form)
- Follow up with employees on scheduled regulatory exam dates and results
- Inform GSSP Team on Regulatory professional license checks to be triggered
- Partner with GSSP Team to conduct background screening checks in a timely manner
- CST/Audit
- Complete biannual CST on BSC grades and share data with HR Risk Operations Team when requested
- Complete quarterly MCF CST and submit on M7 portal with evidence to Talent Acquisition Country Manager for approval
Proficient in Excel, interview scheduling, and back-end support for recruitment.
- Screening & creating offers for selected candidates
- Coordination with recruiters & support teams to get contracts/offers in time
- P-Filing candidates' personal documents
Preferably Post Graduation in HR.
