Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Data Analytics hiring efforts in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, drive business growth, and support future capabilities.

You will manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, guide and support a recruitment team, and provide exceptional leadership and operational management skills. A strong understanding of the business and talent landscape, along with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, is essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities

1. Team Oversight:

Manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

2. Recruitment Objectives:

Develop sourcing strategies and recruit using multiple channels. Serve as a trusted business partner to the Business Leadership Team, offering counsel, expertise collaboration, and in-depth understanding of business variables in relation to the TA function.

Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens, including building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.

Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leadership and key business partners/cross-functional business partners.

3. Process Adherence:

Ensure process adherence and develop checks & balances to ensure accuracy and consistency. Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.

Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights. Act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

5. Training and Development:

Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs. Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hiring for data management, sharing knowledge with the team.

Key Qualifications

12-14 years of overall experience, 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring, team management experience of at least 4 years, strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring, proficiency in data analysis and finding trends, excellent leadership and team management skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment, project management experience a plus.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field. Position Hierarchy: Reports into BL / SBL Human Resources.
