Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Website Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Bangalore, India. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and planning marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, create comprehensive campaign plans including timelines and deliverables, coordinate with DGPM team on tactical execution, define campaign success metrics and KPIs.
  • Content Development: Plan and oversee creation of campaign-specific content, manage agencies and freelancers for content production, ensure content alignment with campaign objectives, coordinate with design and development teams for implementation, and ensure consistent messaging across all campaign elements.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate with the Campaign Planner, oversee implementation of campaign tactics across channels, coordinate SEO and SEM initiatives, manage campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Performance Management: Monitor campaign performance metrics, provide regular status updates and reports, optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B campaign management, experience in content writing as well as building/managing agencies/freelancers, strong writing skills in different styles/tones to fit different communication platforms, strong project management capabilities with the ability to multi-task across different campaigns and collaborate with various teams, effective communication skills to manage stakeholders, understanding of digital marketing channels, drive campaign analysis, optimization, and performance reporting, knowledge of SEO/SEM principles.
