Job Description

As a Senior Application Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining complex applications to meet user and business requirements. Your expertise in configuration management, development and deployment, user communication and support, application support, stakeholder management, incident and request management, and vendor management will be essential in delivering business outcomes.

You will work closely with multi-functional teams to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals. Additionally, you will lead prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests, and handle positive relationships with software vendors to negotiate complex contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds complex application configurations to meet user and business requirements
  • Performs advanced programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases
  • Plays a key role in keeping an open channel of communication with users to respond to complex application support requests and needs
  • Conducts complex technical application support activities to deliver on business outcomes
  • Partners with multi-functional teams to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals
  • Lects prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests
  • Handles positive relationships with software vendors to negotiate complex contracts
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement of 5 years or more of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of ServiceNow related work experience and 10-16 years overall experience
  • Certification in ServiceNow under CIS IT Service Management
  • Prior Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow Case Management, Query Management and Workflow management
