Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a AI Solutions Developer. This role will involve leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to design, implement, and optimize business applications.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in low-code/no-code development, particularly with the Appsmith platform. They should also possess advanced skills in JavaScript, SQL, and API integration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing sophisticated AI-powered applications using Appsmith's AI Studio
  • Integrating public and private LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) for text summarization, semantic search, conversational agents, and intelligent data processing
  • Automating complex workflows using RPA principles and embedding LLMs for adaptive automation
  • Ensuring data connections with diverse sources (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, REST/GraphQL APIs, SaaS platforms like HubSpot/Twilio) for real-time insights within business apps
  • Optimizing application reliability, scalability, and performance, including minimizing LLM latency and ensuring high availability
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 3–6 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in low-code/no-code and AI-enhanced applications
  • Advanced skill in JavaScript, SQL, and API integration for building custom AI functionality
  • Demonstrated experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) and their APIs for enabling generative and analytical features
  • Solid grasp of Git for version control, branching, and team workflows
