At Kiswok Industries Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our recruitment needs across multiple functions, including electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering candidates.

We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience recruiting for specialized roles in the manufacturing and automotive industries, particularly for candidates with diplomas and B.Tech degrees in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil engineering.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines, as well as experience hiring for IT, non-IT, and finance/accounting roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions across manufacturing, automotive, IT, non-IT, and finance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles including electrical, mechanical, and civil engineers with diploma and B.Tech qualifications.
  • Specialize in recruiting for automotive roles, particularly those requiring expertise in CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills needed, and team dynamics.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, direct outreach, and internal databases to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings, technical interviews, and reference checks.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions using the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1 to 5 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing and automotive industries.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines and their relevance in the automotive industry.
  • Experience recruiting for electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering roles, with a focus on diploma and B.Tech-qualified candidates.
  • Proven ability to hire for IT, non-IT, and finance/accounting roles.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate offer and onboarding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) and other sourcing tools.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
