Job Title: Donor Processing Coordinator

As a multifunctional role, the Donor Processing Coordinator will cover partial combinations of donor processing, quality control, communications, and various office tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process via data entry, donation, and recognition information.
  • Assemble donation related documentation and ensure it is properly indexed and linked with donation.

The successful candidate will provide superior customer service to Lion members/donors through multiple communication channels including email and phone. They will also research and respond to Lions questions, complaints, concerns, and issues relating to the administration and compliance requirements of clubs, districts, or multiple districts in a timely manner.

Additional duties include coordinating with LCIF headquarters, ISAME, Accounting, and Operations teams on donor entry, quality control queues, and recognition processing.
