Tunnel Operations Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tunnel Operations Foreman to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our tunnel boring machine (TBM) shafts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our underground construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shaft Construction
Oversee the construction of the shaft, including excavation, shoring, and lining. Ensure compliance with engineering designs and safety standards.
TBM Launch and RetrievalSupervise the launch and retrieval of the TBM into and out of the shaft. Coordinate with the TBM crew to ensure a seamless transition.
Shaft MaintenanceInspect the shaft regularly for any signs of damage or deterioration. Implement maintenance and repair activities as needed to ensure the shaft's structural integrity.
Safety and Quality AssuranceEnsure strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety hazards.
Logistics and Material ManagementOversee the logistics of material delivery and removal from the shaft. Manage the storage and handling of materials within the shaft.
Team ManagementLead and supervise a team of skilled workers, including laborers, technicians, and engineers. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and address any issues within the team.
