Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Strategy & Business Associate to join our team. This role combines sales execution and strategic contribution, requiring strong communication skills and industry knowledge.


Client Engagement and Sales
  • Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking, understanding their requirements and suggesting suitable office space options.
  • Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients to build trust and drive repeat business.
  • Develop strong relationships with operators to ensure priority access to inventory and drive sales growth.
  • Represent LogiSpace professionally in all client and operator interactions, achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Business Growth Strategies
  • Work with the leadership team to create strategies for expanding LogiSpace's presence in Mumbai, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop creative solutions to boost digital lead generation, including video and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Contribute to team expansion strategies, providing insights on hiring and scaling business operations to support market expansion.
