Lead Recruitment Specialist

About the Role:
  • Manage a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
