Senior EPC Project Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring project activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely execution.
You will track project progress, highlight delays, and escalate risks or issues to the project manager. Additionally, you will facilitate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong organizational and multitasking ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline)
- Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2) are a plus
- 7–12 years in EPC project coordination or project control roles
- Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office
- Good understanding of EPC project lifecycle, contracts, and construction processes
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
