Chief Relationship Strategist

We seek an experienced Corporate Affairs professional to play a pivotal role in shaping our company's relationships with government officials, stakeholders, and the community. This position requires strategic thinking and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Primary Responsibilities:- Policy Advocacy & Influence: Foster positive policy environments through regular interactions with government officials.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and media personnel.
- Crisis Management & Reputation Protection: Develop crisis communication protocols and serve as primary media spokesperson during sensitive situations.
- Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure adherence to environmental clearances, labor law compliance, land use permissions, and industrial licensing requirements.
- Community Relations & CSR Integration: Lead land acquisition processes, liaison with revenue officials, and coordinate with legal teams on property-related matters.
- Track policy developments affecting the steel/manufacturing sector.
- Prepare position papers and advocacy strategies.
- Represent company interests in industry associations and government consultations.
- Brief senior leadership on political developments.
- Align corporate affairs strategies with business objectives.
- Expertise in engaging with government and industry leaders.
- Proven ability to handle media during crises.
- Deep knowledge of land procurement, labour standards, and socio-political landscapes.
- Capability of developing data-driven public affairs strategies.
- Skill in leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
