Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned backend engineering leader to spearhead the development of our stablecoin payments initiative in the APAC region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers to design, build, and scale robust backend systems for payments and settlements.

  • Develop scalable architecture for web and mobile applications in the stablecoin stack
  • Design and implement robust infrastructure atop fragmented on/off-ramp integrations
  • Mentor and manage a team of engineers across infra + app layers
  • Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory readiness

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js and API design
  • Prior exposure to fintech or payments is strongly preferred
  • Leadership experience in scaling early-stage, ambiguous systems is required
  • Strong track record of integrating external APIs across geographies is necessary
