About the Project

We are currently developing a new initiative for stablecoin payments. Stablecoins are rapidly growing in the crypto space, offering clear opportunities in payments and cross-border transactions.

Major players such as global banks, fintech companies like Stripe, and crypto-native firms are investing heavily in this area. Our focus is on APAC, where we have a solid foundation. Initial experiments and customer interactions indicate strong market traction, prompting us to assemble a dedicated team to drive growth.

Role Overview

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the founder on high-priority projects that shape our next phase of expansion. This position involves strategic planning, tactical execution, and leveraging your skills to drive results.

Your first project will be to conduct experiments across APAC markets for our new stablecoin initiative, helping to establish early product-market fit. As you grow in the role, you will take on other strategic projects spanning fundraising, partnerships, and new product development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the founder's right-hand person on critical strategic and operational initiatives
  • Lead growth experiments across multiple APAC geographies to test adoption pathways
  • Own cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and clarity
  • Support investor relations, fundraising, and key partnership endeavors
  • Translate strategic objectives into measurable plans and ensure delivery
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/operations roles
  • Strong generalist with a bias towards action; thrives in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Exposure to fintech/crypto is advantageous but not required
  • Natural communicator and relationship-builder
