Job Summary

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating with external branding and marketing agencies to ensure successful marketing campaign execution. You will oversee day-to-day communication with agencies, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the company's vision and objectives. You will manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure brand consistency and success in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with external agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Manage marketing campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, SEM, influencer partnerships, and email campaigns.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive D2C and e-commerce sales strategies, driving online revenue growth through D2C platforms and marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to refine sales strategies, enhance customer acquisition, and increase retention.
  • Build relationships with e-commerce platforms and manage key accounts to ensure optimal product placement and promotions.
  • Monitor and report key e-commerce metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive communication across departments.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and feedback to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements

We seek an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in FMCG or beverage marketing, preferably with 10+ years of experience and 5+ years in marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through online channels and expertise in using analytics tools to track and improve online sales performance.

Key competencies required include project management skills, knowledge of digital marketing strategies, and experience working with digital marketing teams to execute sales strategies. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing multiple e-commerce platforms and navigating the D2C space.
