Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and technical professional to join our team as an Associate Platform Reliability Engineer.

This role is critical to ensuring the stability, reliability, and resilience of our front-to-back technology infrastructure, with a focus on post-trade processing, operations, and regulatory support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with a high-performing global team to maintain plant stability across middle-office and operations applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computing fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and software design.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with minimum 3 years of experience in programming with Python, Go, C/C++, or C# is required.

Strong communication skills, ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders, and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality are essential qualities of this role.

The job involves working closely with engineering teams to support system architecture, schema design, and performance tuning.

Troubleshooting issues across the full technology stack is also a key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Programming languages: Python, Go, C/C++, or C#
  • Computing fundamentals: Data structures, algorithms, and software design
  • Experience in application design, maintenance, and support
  • SRE principles and practices
  • Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments
  • Scripting, databases, and troubleshooting application/data access issues
  • Open-source platforms: Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, and Elasticsearch
  • Observability stacks: Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, Loki
  • DevOps tools and technologies: Git, Jenkins, Ansible
