We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer Coach to join our team. As a seasoned expert in site reliability engineering principles, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SRE or in a related role with at least 10 years of overall experience is necessary.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring and coaching team members is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of site reliability engineering principles, best practices, and technologies is crucial.
  • Experience with automation and tooling, such as Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins is preferred.
  • Experience with metrics and monitoring systems, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk is also preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting complex systems is vital.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams is necessary.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, is a plus.
