Reliability Engineer Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to lead initiatives in automation, develop self-healing infrastructure solutions, and drive continuous operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Eliminate manual tasks through automation and tooling.
  • Develop infrastructure solutions for consistent system performance and uptime.
  • Build resilient systems and proactively identify potential points of failure across the stack.
  • Design and implement reliability-focused automation and tooling.
  • Support post-release validations and operational readiness assessments.
  • Occasional weekend support may be required during major releases or critical changes.
  • Implement cloud-native infrastructure using Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code tools.
  • Ensure infrastructure follows principles of scalability, fault tolerance, and security.
  • Implement robust monitoring and alerting solutions.
  • Define and manage Service Level Indicators and Service Level Objectives, and partner with development teams.
  • Partner with engineering teams to create and improve Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines and deployment processes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Linux and Terraform.
  • Good experience in DevOps and Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong experience with cloud services and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
  • Deep understanding of incident response, post-mortem analysis, and reliability engineering principles.
  • Proven track record with observability tools.
  • Proficient in scripting and working with Git-based workflows.
  • Solid grasp of modern CI/CD tooling and software development lifecycle.
