We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our RPA support team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in UiPath RPA and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include leading the support team, tracking tickets, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, and proactive monitoring of automated processes.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning and executing enhancements for automated processes, leading USC communications, and providing strategic support to the business.

UiPath RPA Expertise

Ticket Management
