Expert Automation Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of automation professionals focused on streamlining business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Develop and implement RPA strategies to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions
  • Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing automation processes

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT or software development, with a strong background in RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and Bizagi. They should also possess leadership skills, having overseen successful RPA projects and teams.

Responsibilities include managing RPA projects from initiation to completion, defining scope, timelines, and budgets, along with organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The candidate will lead, mentor, and develop a team of automation experts, oversee resource allocation, and monitor team performance.
