Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough process assessments and feasibility studies for RPA implementation.
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose optimized solutions.
  • Create detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement RPA projects and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in BPM and RPA consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality BPM and RPA projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of RPA tools, including BluePrism and Automation Anywhere.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel frequently for client meetings and project implementations.
