Senior RPA Developer Job ProfileJob Title RPA DeveloperLocation puneJob Type Full-TimeJob Summary We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with experience in IBM WDG DEVELOPER The candidateshould have a strong background in developing and implementing IBM WDG RPA Key Responsibilities Design develop and deploy RPA solutions using IBM RPA Serve as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions thatalign with business objectives Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance theorganizations automation capabilities Proficient in integrating IBM RPA with SAP systems IBM Datacap APIs and web-based applications to enable seamless automation and enhance process efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements along with BusinessAnalyst and ensure proper documentation of processes Create and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions including process designdocuments solution design documents and involve in test plans Mentor and guide the internal RPA team monitor their performance and provide support toensure successful outcomes Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and bestpractices Manage client expectations by communicating project progress status addressing concerns escalation and ensuring satisfactory customers with RPA solutions Contribute to the maintenance of RPA governance and standards Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in developing RPA solutions using IBM RPA Strong understanding of RPA concepts tools and best practices Proficiency in IBM RPA development Experience with process analysis design and implementation Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with exploring and evaluating new RPA platforms and tools is highlydesirable Knowledge of programming languages such as Python NET or Java is a plus Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
