Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated RPA Developer to join our IT team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying robotic process automation solutions using leading RPA tools. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test, and implement RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Optimize and maintain existing automation workflows.
  • Ensure scalability and efficiency in process automation.
  • Troubleshoot and debug automation issues.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar).
  • Proficient in C#, VB.NET, Python, or Java.
  • Knowledge of OOP, SQL, APIs, and web services.
  • Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of OCR/AI/ML is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field (preferred).
  • RPA certifications are an advantage.

Experience Required:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in RPA development and implementation.

Pay: ₹234, ₹605,000.00 per year
