Job Title: RPA Engineer (1 Year Experience)

About the RoleWere seeking a proactive RPA Engineer to develop and maintain automation workflowsprimarily focused on healthcare RCM processes. You'll work with opensource/selfhosted tools (Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, n8n, Activepieces) and optionally use PowerAutomate for Microsoft stack integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify automation candidates.
  • Design, build, and test automation workflows using opensource RPA tools.
  • (Optional) Develop flows with PowerAutomate Cloud/Desktop for MSbased tasks.
  • Integrate bots with APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and EMR/EHR systems.
  • Implement robust error handling, logging, retry logic, and bot monitoring.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation: design specs, test scripts, SOPs.
  • Deploy and support bots in selfhosted environments; manage versions and troubleshoot live issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately 1 year of experience working with RPArelated tools (internships, academic projects, or junior roles).
  • Handson experience with at least one opensource RPA tool (Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, n8n, Activepieces).
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, C#, VBScript, or JavaScript).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and API integration techniques.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication—able to translate business logic into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

Preferred (NicetoHave)

  • Experience building visual workflows with n8n or Activepieces.
  • Familiarity with Robocorp Control Room or other orchestration platforms.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare RCM (eligibility checks, CPT/ICD validation).
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks like HIPAA or HITRUST.
