About the Role

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere and working knowledge of UiPath. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions primarily using Automation Anywhere and, where applicable, UiPath.

Configure bots, scripts, and workflows to meet business needs.

Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of automation workflows.

Maintain and update automation documentation and technical specifications.

Monitor bot performance and provide post-deployment support.

Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Primary Skill: Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (v11 or A360).

Secondary Skill: Working knowledge of UiPath development.

Good understanding of RPA concepts, process design, and development lifecycle.

Proficiency in scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, Python preferred).

Knowledge of API integrations and working with different data formats (JSON, XML, Excel).

Experience in debugging and optimizing RPA bots for performance.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Automation Anywhere Advanced/Professional Certification.

UiPath Developer Certification.

Exposure to other automation tools or intelligent automation technologies.

Location: Pune (Work from Office – Mandatory).

5-day work week.
