Expert Compensation Specialist

We seek an experienced system support specialist to provide continuous operational assistance for various HR modules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of compensation management, employee central, and onboarding processes as well as strong analytical skills to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of HR technology.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining the ongoing stability, security, and effectiveness of our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily System & User Support:
    • Provide day-to-day technical support for our HR modules, resolving user issues and troubleshooting data or configuration problems.
    • Monitor workflows and maintain user access to ensure compliance with data security protocols.
  • Compensation Management:
    • Maintain and configure compensation worksheets, templates, and guidelines ensuring accurate data flow between EC and Compensation.
    • Support annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes.
  • Employee Central (EC):
    • Manage employee lifecycle configurations, business rules, event reasons, and workflow approvals to ensure high data integrity and alignment across HR modules.
    • Support position management, foundation objects, and organizational structure updates.
  • Onboarding 2.0:
    • Configure and troubleshoot Onboarding templates, forms, tasks, and pre-day 1 processes to resolve onboarding process failures and data mapping issues.
  • Role-Based Permissions (RBP):
    • Maintain and troubleshoot role-based permission groups and roles across modules ensuring users have appropriate access based on their roles and security policies.
  • Integrations & Testing:
    • Monitor integrations between EC, Compensation, and Onboarding via SAP CPI or Boomi, participating in testing for quarterly SAP releases and system changes.
  • Documentation & Training:
    • Maintain system documentation and train HR users on relevant processes and security access.

Note: As this is a key role in supporting our HR systems, it requires exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
