Job Description

Lead a team of production support specialists in a 24/7 environment for mission-critical applications. Ensure SLA adherence, process compliance, and productivity improvement in support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day production support activities and ensure SLAs are met 100% for all deliverables.
  • Take an active role in driving initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance, assistance, and mentoring support to team members.
  • Maintain ownership of issues until resolution and drive other teams as needed.
  • Set customer expectations accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of production support experience within Java Web/Enterprise projects.
  • Experience with Spring/Spring Boot/Cloud technologies.
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting skills of JavaScript object model and its core principles.
  • Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
  • Experience with Spring Security and SSO solutions.
  • Experience with SOA and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with database applications such as Oracle, MySQL, and ORM tools.
  • Experience providing sizing and scalability recommendations and solving connectivity and deployment issues.
  • Experience using kanban methodology and production support ticket-based model.
