Lead Java Developer

This role involves working as a senior developer to design and implement scalable server-side applications using Java. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of multi-threaded development, concurrency, and performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 6+ years of experience in Java development with expertise in core Java/Java collections and relational databases
- Strong understanding of design and architectural principles, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with front-end JavaScript development, cross-browser development, and troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience with UNIX command tools and knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and Postgres
- Nice to have: PostgreSQL, PostGIS, Geospatial data handling
