Senior Sales Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our sales operations, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to achieve monthly sales targets and identify new customer opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Analyse key sales and business performance indicators to drive strategic business decisions.
- Ensure sales process adoption and compliance, identifying areas for improvement to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B Sales or Sales Operations/Sales Support, preferably within Ed Tech, IT Services, and Hospitality industries.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of sales, cold calling, negotiation skills, and communication skills.
- A strong networker and relationship builder with the ability to work well in fast-paced environments.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
