Investment Solutions Specialist Job

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Investment Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an Investment Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in providing analytical support and client solutions to help serve institutional investors.

Key responsibilities include partnering with business development teams to prepare client presentations and reviewing materials, drafting and reviewing requests for proposals, and coordinating the distribution of research white papers and event invitations to clients and prospects.

You will also manage consultant and sales databases, provide ad-hoc analytical support, and assist senior team members in scheduling client meetings and investor conference calls.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, 0-3 years of experience in investment management, consulting, or financial services, and strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

A strong proficiency in Python or SQL is a plus, as well as familiarity with investment concepts such as portfolio theory and risk/return analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required, along with the ability to draft professional client-facing materials and work independently while coordinating with global colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in investment management, consulting, client reporting, or financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with investment concepts such as portfolio theory, asset allocation, and risk/return analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft professional client-facing materials.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
