Job Summary:

Seeks detail-oriented professionals with 2-3 years of experience to join a Virtual CFO team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally software.
  • Closure of books, reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
  • Assist in ROC/MCA filings, secretarial coordination, and statutory compliances.
  • Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for clients.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct payroll processing, vendor/customer ledger scrutiny, and invoice management.
  • Communicate with clients regarding day-to-day financial matters.
  • Collaborate with senior finance leads in financial modeling and investor reporting.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • SEMI Chartered Accountant with relevant certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Tally software.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
