Job Title

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and income tax to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
  • Review and finalize financial statements as per accounting standards to provide accurate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide tax planning and advisory support to clients to help them make informed decisions about their financial affairs.
  • Guide junior team members and interns to develop their skills and knowledge in accounting and taxation.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – newly qualified or up to 3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of audit procedures, tax laws, GST, and income tax provisions to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, or other accounting platforms to manage client data and financial information effectively.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven professional who wants to grow with the firm and take on new challenges.
