Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have experience in Master Data Management, creating, updating, and maintaining item master in ERP systems, including product codes, descriptions, categories, pack sizes, etc. They will also maintain and update vendor master data, including pricing and other key attributes. Additionally, they will record and regularly update transit days for distribution center-vendor combinations, ensuring data accuracy and consistency by running regular validations and checks.

Data Analysis and Reporting

The successful candidate will prepare and publish daily planning reports for operations and supply chain teams, generate weekly and monthly reports/scorecards covering KPIs (supply chain, vendor performance, inventory, and service levels), consolidate data from multiple sources, and ensure timely availability of MIS to management. They will automate and simplify reporting formats in Excel / ERP / Power BI for efficiency and support ad-hoc data and reporting requirements from management.

Process Support & Coordination

Our ideal candidate will maintain proper documentation of changes in item master and pricing, support internal audits and compliance requirements by providing accurate data, and suggest improvements in data entry and reporting processes to minimize errors and manual work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred), strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formatting; macros knowledge is an advantage), ability to handle large data sets and maintain high accuracy, good analytical and problem-solving skills, strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams, detail-oriented and process-driven mindset. A graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields, with 1–3 years of experience in Master Data Management / MIS / Reporting in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries is essential.
