Job Title: Senior Master Data Management Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the master data management initiative, transforming current finance and accounting processes to simplify and automate shared service environment operations. This includes accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and other activities for a large manufacturing group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology decision-making for client master data environments, interpreting requirements and architecting master data solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP systems, with hands-on experience in configuration and maintaining master data fields.
  • Develop end-to-end solution architecture for master data management, including data model definition, refinement, data quality assessment, remediation design, data migration strategy, data stewardship, process, and system interaction design.
  • Utilize master data management technologies and tools across companies to enable master data management and integration.
  • Working knowledge of automation technologies like RPA.
  • Expertise in SAP (HANA) to lead simplification and automation projects, understanding sub-systems and t-codes.
  • Supervise SAP (FICO Module) is an added advantage.
  • Drive new initiatives, evaluating vendors/partners, and ensuring timely project delivery with process owners and IT verticals.
  • Identify process gaps, support, and drive closure of related projects through automation in SSC verticals.
  • Strong stakeholder management and commitment to ethical behavior.
