The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and partnering with key customer stakeholders, gathering feedback, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance our products and services.

About the Role

The Strategic Customer Ambassador will play a critical role in:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders
  • Gathering feedback and insights through regular meetings and surveys
  • Developing strategic recommendations to enhance our products and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Owning and executing the customer referral process
  • Identifying potential advocates using NPS, CSAT, and product usage data
  • Driving advocacy initiatives such as co-branded case studies, thought leadership pieces, and recognition campaigns
  • Tracking and reporting referral metrics and advocate engagement to leadership
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Advocacy, or Account Management
  • 2+ years of experience in designing or executing structured advocacy programs
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers
  • Excellent facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
