Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS administration, with expertise in provisioning, management, and monitoring of Amazon Connect instances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain CCP, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Microservices Integration: Integrate microservices using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and other relevant services.
  • Amazon Lex Management: Build conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex and integrate with backend code using AWS Lambda.
  • Amazon Kinesis Management: Stream and process real-time data using Amazon Kinesis Data Streams and AWS Lambda.
  • AWS Contact Lens Management: Analyze customer conversations using machine learning and natural language processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AWS Administration: 4+ years of experience in managing and maintaining AWS environments.
  • Cloud Architecture: Strong understanding of cloud architecture and design principles.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
