Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will support business units by implementing HR strategies that align with operational objectives. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating onboarding programs, managing employee relations, and providing administrative support for HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business teams by developing and implementing HR strategies that meet operational needs.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding programs to ensure effective integration into the organization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and compliance.
  • Assist managers with performance management cycles, including goal setting and development plans.
  • Maintain HR dashboards to monitor key people metrics such as attrition, engagement, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the central HR team on key projects, including compliance, audits, learning, and talent reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role, with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships across levels.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
