We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Generalist. This role will be responsible for providing support and guidance on all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
About the Role:
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
- We're looking for someone to drive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments.
- The ideal candidate will develop compelling job descriptions and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
- Collaboration with leadership is key to forecasting and fulfilling staffing needs.
- BUILDING EMPLOYER BRAND INITIATIVES TO POSITION OUR COMPANY AS A PREFERRED PLACE TO WORK IS ALSO KEY.
- People & Culture:
- Cultivate a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work culture by planning and executing employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
- Design onboarding and orientation experiences that reflect our values.
- Performance & Growth:
- Define KRAs, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments.
- Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives.
- Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams.
- Compliance & HR Operations:
- Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of HR experience in a similar capacity.
- A strong understanding of modern HR practices and labor laws.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive.
